1.Non Refundable Deposit
- Deposit Requirement. A 10% non refundable deposit of the total estimated service price is required to secure your scheduled date and time.
- Cancellation by the Client. If you cancel, skip or reschedule your appointment for any reason, the 10% deposit is forfeited immediately and cannot be refunded.
- Cancellation by Bubble Racers. In the rare event that we must cancel your appointment because of severe weather, equipment failure or an emergency, your deposit will be refunded in full or applied in full to a rescheduled date, whichever you choose.
2.Payment Terms
- Base Rate. All listed and advertised menu prices reflect our standard cash, check or Zelle discount rate.
- Card Payments. Payment methods and any card fees are shown at checkout.
3.Price Estimates and Final Quotes
- Estimates Only. All pricing given over the phone, by text message, on social media or through an online booking portal, including this website, is an estimate only. It assumes a vehicle in average, standard condition.
- Condition Surcharges. Bubble Racers reserves the right to adjust the final price after inspecting the vehicle in person. Vehicles with excessive pet hair, heavy mud, hazardous materials (including biohazards, mold and bodily fluids) or severe staining will incur an additional "Disaster Fee", which we will formally quote to you before any cleaning begins.
4.Preparation and Personal Property
- Removal of Belongings. You must remove all personal items, trash and valuables from the vehicle's interior before we arrive. This includes clearing out the trunk, glove compartment, center console and door storage pockets.
Skipped Areas
For liability, privacy and safety reasons, any pocket, compartment, seat area or console that still holds personal belongings when we arrive will be skipped and left untouched. We will not handle, organize or move your personal property to clean under or around it. No discounts, partial refunds or return visits will be given for areas skipped because of items left behind.
- Child Safety Seats. For insurance and liability reasons, Bubble Racers will not remove, reinstall or alter child safety seats under any circumstances. If a seat is left in the vehicle, we will clean thoroughly around it but will not disturb its mechanisms.
5.Working Space, Water and Power
- Space. You must provide a safe, legal and clear working space, such as a roomy driveway or a designated parking area, where we can safely set up our mobile equipment and service the vehicle.
- Water and Power. You agree to provide full access to a working outdoor water spigot and a standard, working electrical outlet within 50 feet of the vehicle. If either is unavailable or not working when we arrive, the job cannot be completed, the service will be canceled, and the 10% deposit will be forfeited.
6.Existing Damage and Liability
- Existing Surface Issues. Bubble Racers is not responsible for damage already present on the vehicle, including but not limited to chipped or fading clear coat, deeply scratched paint, oxidized paint, cracked leather, or loose or brittle interior plastic clips that fail or break during standard, professional detailing.
- Reporting Window. Any claim of physical damage caused by our detailing must be reported to Bubble Racers in writing, with photographic proof, within 24 hours of the service being completed.
7.Text Messages
When you book, we text the mobile number you give us with a confirmation and reminders for your appointment. These texts are only about bookings you made. Message frequency varies by booking, and message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can still reach us at (909) 678-8182 after you opt out. We never sell or share your mobile number for marketing. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
8.Agreement to These Terms
You do not need to sign a paper document to be bound by these terms. By approving an estimate by text or email, confirming a digital booking link, ticking the agreement box when you book on this website, paying your 10% deposit through Stripe or PayPal, or allowing our technicians to begin work on your vehicle, you accept and agree to all of the terms and conditions above.
